Twisted, but in a good way

This is an amazing piece of work by Patrick Dougherty. He builds these things by shoving branches into the ground and twisting them all together. I think he uses willow branches, but they might be young poplar trees also.

This one is on display at the MN Landscape Arboretum. I think they are leaving it up until next Spring.
